Common Questions

How fast is your shipping?

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date, or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. 

If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option. Please note that expedited shipments must be placed by 2PM Pacific Time to be shipped same-day.

We do not ship on U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

How can I update my shipping address after I place an order?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us at customersupport@shoprsrv.com right away.

What if I want to return a RSRV item?

Have a return? No problem! Returns must be dropped off at RSRV's showroom within 14 days after the delivery date or after your Reservation. Returns are not accepted 14 days beyond the delivery date. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will send you an email letting you know when your reservation time is confirmed.
